I was reading a magazine the other day and came across an article about a new program called Xobni. It’s a plug-in for Microsoft Outlook and is completely free. Xobni indexes all of your emails in outlook and can provide you with very cool information and stats like  how many emails you receive each day and what the average time it takes you to respond to an email is.

While the analysis tools are very cool, the real meat of the program is in its ability to search all of your emails in a fraction of the time that it takes outlook. You can also click on an email from any person and their profile will pop up on Xobni showing how many emails they have sent you, how many you sent them, a list of all your conversations, and even any files that were attached to emails. I was absolutely amazed at how fast the program could search through the thousands of emails that I have.
